How I agree with Shirley Nelder about the rubbish on our roadsides (Oxford Mail, April 12).
It's getting worse and worse.
When I drive up the A34 and the Oxford ring road to Headington, I'm so disgusted by the state of the verges.
It breaks my heart to see my lovely countryside used as a rubbish dump.
I agree with Mrs Nelder that visitors can't see the "green and pleasant land" as it's being blighted by "garbage and pollution".
Please, Oxford Mail, get a campaign going to clean it up!
Enough is enough. Something has to be done urgently.
