A 17-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the theft of van which crashed into a wall in Botley, Oxford.
The teenager, who is from Oxford, has been charged with burglary, aggravated vehicle taking, and driving without a licence.
He has been released on bail to attend Oxford Youth Court on Wednesday, April 30.
