A YOUTH club leader, councillor and the founder of Woodstock Carnival have been recognised by the town's Rotary Club with community service certificates.
Chris Oliver has had a life-long involvement with youth work and was made an MBE in 2006.
John Banbury has served for 33 years in local government as a county and town councillor.
Town councillor Dr Robert Edwards founded the carnival in 1983.
