A woman has been charged in connection with the death of Maurice Batts in Banbury.
Tammey Crain, 22, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, was charged today with assisting an offender. She was bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates Court on April 25.
Mr Batts, 64, was found collapsed on his boat on the canal at Southam Road, Banbury, on September 29 2007. He died on October 9 2007 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
James Crane, 53, of Springfield Avenue, Banbury, was charged with murder on February 24.
