A 25-year-old man was due to appear in court today charged with the murder of a father-of-two.
Christopher Philp, of Leiden Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, is charged with murder and is due to appear for a preliminary hearing at Oxford Crown Court.
The charge follows the death of Stephen Pinker, 43, of Burford Road in Witney, who died outside The Corner House pub in Hollow Way, Cowley, Oxford, on Tuesday March 25.
