Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Great Milton, and the Randolph and Malmaison hotels in Oxford, are among 300 featured in the Best Hotels - Great Britain & Ireland book, which is published on Monday.
Customers judged the hotels on cleanliness, family friendliness and dining.
