A very big thank-you to the driver of the No 5 bus to Blackbird Leys and three kindly lady passengers.
I got off the bus at the stop past Templars Square, Cowley, slipped and landed on my knees.
I had caught the 12.40pm bus from the station after seeing my niece off on a train.
The three passengers got off and helped me up, while the driver waited to see if I was all right, and for them to get back on the bus. I am 83 and fortunately no harm was done - so my grateful thanks to the driver and the three wonderful ladies.
