CHIPPING Norton is to get a new and bigger library under plans for the redevelopment of land and buildings between Albion Street and High Street.
Developer Chase Midland has submitted plans to West Oxfordshire District Council to build 41 flats and four houses, as well as extensions to the rear of two shops at 8 and 9 High Street.
