A REPORT due out today is expected to shape the future of services at The Horton Hospital, Banbury.
The Independent Reconfiguration Panel, which has been considering proposals to downgrade the maternity and children's departments, is expected to publish its report after 10am.
The Save the Horton action group has fought vigorously against the proposals.
It is not known if Health Secretary Alan Johnson will reach a decision today.
