A couple accused of attempted murder had the case against them dropped today after prosecutors said there was insufficient evidence.
Alan Wood, 46, and Tracey Hickman, 42, were charged after Mark Smith was found with multiple stab wounds in Oxford Road, Cowley, on December 30 last year.
Oxford Crown Court heard that Hickman and Wood, both of Oxford Road, had spent more than two months in custody awaiting trial.
