A MAN was charged today with two counts of attempted murder in connection with an incident in Blackbird Leys, Oxford, in February.
Assam Abdu Karrar, 42, of Celandine Place, Blackbird Leys, was remanded in custody.
His case will be heard at Oxford Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The charges are in connection with an incident at his address on Wednesday, February 20, where two members of staff from the Oxfordshire and Buckingham Mental Health Partnership NHS trust received stab wounds during a community visit.
