Around a dozen protesters met to draw up a plan of action to fight the planned expansion of the Westgate Shopping Centre.
The meeting was held by protest group Oxford Against Westgate Expansion at Oxford Town Hall last night.
Organiser Jess Worth said despite around 30 people being invited to the meeting she was happy with the turnout.
She added: "Not everybody could come, but I see a lot of fresh faces here who want to get involved."
