A 20-year-old was arrested after reports of a man wielding an axe in Oxford.
A group of youths were stopped by police in Gibbs Crescent, West Oxford, at about 4.30pm yesterday. A man with a hammer was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and was being interviewed by police last night but no axe or other weapons were found.
