POLICE are to begin patrolling inside Plowman Tower, Oxford, to tackle antisocial behaviour.
Police have made the tower block and shops in Westlands Drive priority areas to tackle unruly yobs.
Officers are to be kitted out with their own keys to patrol in the tower after a successful scheme at Hockmore Tower in Cowley last year.
