Praminder Mankoo, 46, of Bicester Road, Oakley, was charged on Friday with three offences of sexual assault on women over the age of 16.
He has been released on police bail and will appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
Mankoo was previously charged with seven offences of sexual assault on women over the age of 16 in December 2007. He has been bailed for these offences to appear at Oxford Crown Court on Friday.
The offences are alleged to have taken place between 2002 and 2007 at a private clinic in Thame.
