A 24-year-old man arrested following a CCTV appeal after a woman was allegedly sexually assaulted in Crowmarsh Gifford has been released on police bail.
He was arrested on suspicion of attempted rape in relation to an attack on a 21-year-old woman as she walked along an alleyway near a recreation ground in Crowmarsh Gifford, near Wallingford, at 2am on Sunday, December 30.
He will return to Abingdon police station on March 12.
