A PUB in Oxfordshire which has been closed for more than two years is finally due to reopen next month.

The Bell, in The Street, Crowmarsh Gifford near Wallingford, has been temporarily closed since March 2020.

It closed due the coronavirus pandemic and has remained closed while the restaurant undergoes a refurbishment.

On Facebook, the owners said the pub will be back soon with “a new look, new menu, and a whole host of exciting weekly and monthly events.”  

The post said: “It’s still a brewery but my heart is with the community and I hope I can give you everything you are looking for in a local pub.”

It is due to reopen on Monday, September 19.
