POLICE are looking for a man in connection with a theft of a mountain bike in Oxford.

A green metallic AMMACO mountain bike was stolen from Pound Way at about 4pm on Saturday, July 9.

Officers believe the man in the image may have information about what happened.

Investigating officer, PC Jessica Brandish, based at St Aldates police station, said: “We are releasing this image as we believe the man in it may have information about this theft.

“If anyone recognises this man, or if it is you, please get in touch.

“You can report information by calling 101 or via our website, quoting reference 43220305452.

“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online.”
