A woman was found unresponsive at her home in Chipping Norton, an inquest heard.
Hasini Kokulavasan was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital a day after she was found by her husband in the house they shared in Hailey Road on July 22.
Opening the inquest this week, senior coroner for Oxfordshire Darren Salter said the 36-year-old full-time mum was reported to have taken a ‘likely overdose of prescribed medication’.
The formal cause of death remained under investigation, Mr Salter said.
A full inquest will take place on December 13.
The purpose of an inquest is to establish the identity of someone who died and the circumstances surrounding their death.
