Someone must know the identity of the thieves, who are drilling through car petrol tanks and stealing fuel in Oxford.
Petrol and diesel have pungent smells, and there must be plenty of tell-tale signs when the gang have finished their latest 'operation'.
It shouldn't be too difficult to round up the 'smelly gang'.
