The following cases were heard at Reading and Slough Magistrates’ Courts: 

July 18

KYLIE GRIMOWSKI-WEST, 36, of Sayers Close, Newbury, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work in April 2022. Ordered to pay costs of £75. Further 30 hours of unpaid work to be completed, taking total to 110. 
DYLAN JEFFERIES, 19, of Deadmans Lane, Thatcham, admitted breaching a community order by failing to attend unpaid work in April and May 2022. Fined £200 and made to pay £60 in court costs. 
JASON GEOFFREY SMITH, 52, of Cotswold Way, Tilehurst, Reading, admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to attend supervision appointments in May 2022. Fined £133 and made to pay £66 in court costs. 

July 19

HARRY GEORGHIOU, 32, of Ashburton Road, Whitley, Reading, admitted theft from a shop, namely items worth £4.60 from Marks and Spencer at Reading Station, on February 27, 2022. Conditional discharged for 18 months. Ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge. 

July 20

AATIF ARIF, 35, of Northumberland Avenue, Reading, admitted breaching supervision requirements following release from a period of custody. Fined £50. 
DANIEL SIMMONDS, 32, of School Road, Tilehurst, Reading, admitted stealing three bottles of alcohol worth 327.10 from the Co-op in Reading on August 2, 2021. Community order made. Requirement to undergo drug rehabilitation programme. Must pay £180 in court fees. 
MATTHEW HAWKINS, 34, of The Turnery, Thatcham, admitted failing to take part in a breath test in Reading on December 30, 2020. Community order made. Requirement to take part in alcohol treatment programme. Fined £400 and ordered to pay £180 in court fees. 

July 21

STEPHEN GOULD, 35, of Flambards, Caversham, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Reading Station, and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, namely two police officers, at Reading Station January 20, 2022. Committed to prison for six months. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation. 
July 22
CHRISTINE DAVIS, 23, of St Giles Close, Reading, admitted breaching the requirement sof a community order by failing to attend sessions in February, March and April 2022. Ordered to pay costs of £75. 

July 23

SAMANTHA STANLEY, 36, of Cirrus Drive, Shinfield, Reading, admitted three counts of fraud by false representation, namely using a bank card of another to make a gain in Shinfield on September 12, 2020. Community order made. Requirement to take part in up to 23 days of rehabilitation activities. Must pay £180 in court fees.
