Large police presence on Cowley Road
There is a large police presence on Cowley Road after a suspected incident.
Three police cars and two police vans are parked on the main road.
There are also two ambulances in attendance.
Police have cordoned off the area behind Tesco car park.
Witnesses say the incident involves a man.
Thames Valley Police has been contacted for a comment.
