OXFORD Brookes University has awarded catering firm Scolarest a new multi-million-pound contract.
The three-year deal, worth £11.4m, covers catering and hospitality services for 22,000 students and staff at five campuses.
Under the new contract, Scolarest will introduce sustainable initiatives including biodegradable packaging, increased recycling activities and a Cup for Life' scheme.
The company is giving a new look to some of its facilities, including a new Costa coffee shop at the Wheatley campus.
