MOTHER and daughter Shirley and Wendy Fowler, from Bicester, raised £1,300 for Katharine House hospice in 12 months - making socks to protect mobile phones.
The socks and other items they made such as knitted scarves, nativity sets and greeting cards were sold by family and friends, together with businesses in Bicester, Oxfordshire County Council, and at the MoD base in Caversfield.
Fundraising administrator Sarah Bidwell said: "We were delighted to receive this donation from Shirley and Wendy and it is great to know that the hospice has such wonderful support in Bicester."
Katharine House Hospice, in Adderbury, provides care and support to people with terminal illnesses.
