A LOCAL inquiry will be held at the Town Hall in April following an appeal by developers to build student accommodation in Headington.
Cherwell Housing Trust launched the appeal after Oxford City Council refused planning permission to demolish 88 and 90 Windmill Road and 1A Mattock Close, and replace them with 49 student study rooms over two blocks.
The inquiry will be held on Tuesday, April 22, starting at 10am.
