POLICE have closed a section of the A34 following a collision between a lorry and two cars.
A woman in her 40s has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after the crash on the dual carriageway near the M40 junction at Weston-on-the-Green at 1pm.
Her injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
A man also suffered minor injuries in the collision, which involved a Renault Espace people carrier, a Renault car, and a lorry.
The A34 northbound between Weston-on-the-Green and junction 9 of the M40 is closed and is not expected to reopen until 3pm.
Motorists are being diverted via the B430 towards Middleton Stoney.
