Drug dealers in Oxfordshire who thought they were off the hook had better watch out.

Those who believe that police are concentrating their efforts on urban areas could have been lulled into a false sense of security.

Yesterday, officers raided drug dens in two unlikely places - Brightwell-cum-Sotwell and Benson.

They recovered drugs, thought to be cocaine, worth several thousands of pounds.

If those making money from drugs think the heat is off, they should think again.

And it is not only police who are targeting them.

Increasingly, members of the public are getting involved in nailing these menaces to our society.
