Television personality Lizzie Webb - known as Mad Lizzie from her appearances on GMTV - will be running a fitness class for all ages at the Abbey Sports Centre, Berinsfield, on Saturday, February 23.
She will be helped by two young men who she has trained as fitness instructors.
Everyone is welcome and the £6 per person fee goes to charity, Inspirations in Sport. The class runs from 10am to 11.15am.
