PHILLIP HARPER, 45, of Grebe Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman in Oxford on June 3. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

ANDREW STUART, 39, of Strawberry Path, Oxford, admitted contacting a woman in breach of a restraining order and obstructing a police constable. He was given eight weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years and must pay £85 in court costs.

AARON JOHNSON, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated threatening behaviour directed at a police officer in Oxford on Halloween last year. He must pay £100 in compensation to the constable and £50 costs to the prosecution service.

ANURADHA AURORA, 66, of Woodberry Down, Henley, was found guilty of assault. The magistrates imposed a six month conditional discharge, £50 compensation and £792 in costs and surcharge.

PETER MARKS, 45, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted driving a Citroen C4 on the A361 Bloxham Road on January 14 while over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £135, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

GARY KNIGHT, 47, of Westholm Court, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Ford Focus in Purslane Drive on January 26. He was over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. The magistrates fined him £250, disqualified him from driving for three years and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

KENNETH MOSS, 45, of Blenheim Drive, Bicester, admitted drug driving a VW Golf on Launton Road, Bicester. He was over the limit for benzoylecgonine. He was fined £131, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.

TRACEY QUINN, 32, of Spinneys Close, Radley, admitted damaging a neighbour’s flowers and assaulting two people – including a police station detention officer - in Abingdon in March. She must pay £130 in compensation and complete up to 15 rehabilitation days as part of a 12-month community order. She was banned from contacting the neighbour for the next year. The magistrates ordered she pay a £95 victim surcharge.

KYLE DRUMMOND, 19, of Heath Lane, Bladon, pleaded guilty to driving a Toyota Yaris on Banbury Road, Kidlington, while over the limit for cocaine and benzoylecgonine. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

OMAR KURD, 43, of Crest Road, High Wycombe, admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra on the M40 near Banbury while over the limit for cocaine, benzoylecgonine and cannabis. He was fined £200, banned from driving for 15 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ANDREW HIBBITT, 63, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted exposing his genitals. He was given a mental health treatment programme as part of a two-year community order. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

LEWIS TYRELL, 19, of Verbena Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to damaging a chair at Victors restaurant in Oxford’s Westgate Centre on August 15 last year and assaulting a police constable the following day. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation to Victors and £140 to the officer. He must complete 100 hours of unpaid work, up to 20 sessions with the probation service and pay a £95 victim surcharge.
