A new restaurant has opened up on Cowley Road.

Wok 'N’ Pasta opened its doors yesterday (July 14) at 183 Cowley Road, opposite the O2 Academy.

The restaurant, which has one other location in Chesham, serves Chinese and Italian food which is customisable based on people’s preferences.

A spokesperson for WoK ‘N’ Pasta said it “offers freshly customized Chinese, Italian food and personalised meals for the health conscious community.”

The spokesperson added: “It is certain to be a positive addition to the local community.”

“Our mission is to create an environment where enjoying authentic noodles, pasta and many more with family, friends and loved ones is an unforgettable experience.

“We strive to continuously provide our guests with irresistible products and unrivalled customer service.”

The restaurant has more than 40 options available to customise either noodles or pasta, with a choice of vegetables, protein and sauces available.

In March, Swindon based company Strotram Ltd submitted plans to the city council to open the restaurant in the Cowley Road unit.

At the time, the developers said: “With the current climate, the demand for retail premises has declined.

“However, the need for adequate restaurant premises has remained relatively constant.”

Wok ‘N’ Pasta is open every day from Monday to Sunday. Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 1am, Friday and Saturday 3am and Sunday 10.30am to midnight.
