A school will be partially closed today because of a lack of staff due to sickness.

The school announced the closure on Oxfordshire County Council’s emergency school closures webpage yesterday (July 14).

John Watson School, a special school in Littleworth Road, Wheatley, has said Clover Class will be closed all day on Friday (July 15).

The closure is due to an issue with ‘staffing levels’ caused by sickness, the school has said.

The class is expected to reopen on Monday (July 18).

The list relies on schools themselves telling the council they are closed, so there maybe a delay with the list being updated.
