A huge £61 million pound development is underway in North Oxford.

The Univ North project is the largest expansion of University College, Oxford since the 18th century and will create a ‘state-of-the-art, sustainable, intergenerational education and living space’.

The project will cost £61 million to complete, with £16 million coming directly from the college and £45 million from external funding.
