A 55-YEAR-old man has been charged with criminal damage in Witney.

Mark Freeman, of Farmers Close, Witney, has been charged with one count of criminal damage following an investigation by Thames Valley Police.

The charge is in connection with an incident that happened on Thursday (30) this week in which a car was damaged.

Freeman has been released on bail and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court in Speedwell Street on Thursday, July 28.

Police announced the charged today (02) but have not released any further information about the details of the incident or investigation due to the proceedings being active.
