Court documents state that  Whearty, without a ‘reasonable excuse’ failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 7 2021.

Whearty failed to carry out unpaid work on March 27 and April 3 and did not provide evidence of an excuse in reasonable time.

The court extended the 54-year-old’s unpaid  work requirement by 12 months until July 6 2023 so that the outstanding hours can be completed.

25 hours were also added because of the breach of the community order.
