Police are hunting a man after his German Shepherd bit a woman.

The incident happened on June 26 at around 2.30pm in an area of fields behind East Hagbourne, by the disused railway tracks.

The man that police want to speak with was walking his German Shephard alongside a young girl.

His dog then bit an unknown woman.

The man is described as white, around 60 years old, 5ft 5in in hight with a stocky build and grey hair.

The young girl is thought to be around 10 years old with long, dark hair.

Thames Valley Police believe he is local to the area.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “If you have any information or witnessed this incident please call 101 or quote the reference 43220280581.”
