A MAN was left with 'nasty injuries' after being punched and kicked in the face so hard during an 'unprovoked' attack.
Thames Valley Police investigators are now hunting for the two males pictured here who they say will have 'vital information'.
The incident happened between 8pm and 8.25pm on Friday.
The victim, who is a man in his 30s, was deriving a silver Mercedes Benz along New Inn Hall Street when three men blocked the road.
The victim got out of the car and then an 'unknown' number of men attacked him - leaving him with a broken eye socket.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for more treatment and has been discharged.
PC Paul Martin, based at Cowley police station, said: “This was an unprovoked attack where nasty injuries were caused.
“I am appealing to anybody who recognises these males or witnessed this incident to please get in touch with us.
“Also, if you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were in the area around the time, I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation.
