LEE ADAMS, 44, of Wood Street, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman in Reading on February 18. He was ordered to complete 180 hours of unpaid work and 60 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a two-year community order. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim for two years.

CONNOR MCDONALD, 22, of Raymond Road, Bicester, admitted driving a Ford Focus on Hardwick Hill, Banbury, while over the cannabis drug-driving limit. He also admitted driving the car without insurance or a valid licence. The magistrates fined him £120, banned him from the roads for a year and ordered he pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

MICHAEL MCDONALD, 21, of Dublin, Ireland, pleaded guilty to driving a Mazda in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on November 20 last year while over the limit for cannabis. He was fined £80, banned from the roads for a year and must pay a £34 victim surcharge.

JOSH EGGLETON-HEART, 22, of Tavistock Avenue, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drug driving a VW Golf on Park Road on November 25 last year. He was fined £80, banned from driving for 14 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN PARKER, 28, of Woodside, North Leigh, was fined £200 for breaching a closure order after he was found in a bedroom of a property in Minster Lovell on May 16.

VINNIE EASTMAN, 30,of Chiltern View, Chinnor, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Polo in Queens Road, Thame, on April 1 while disqualified and without insurance. He was given four months’ imprisonment suspended for two years for what the magistrates said was a ‘flagrant disregard for court orders’. He must do the thinking skills programme and up to 20 rehabilitation activity days as well as 100 hours of unpaid work. Eastman must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NICOLE OAKLEY, 30, of St Martins Street, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Abingdon police station on April 3. She must pay £100 compensation to the officer and do 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days as part of a community order. The magistrates ordered she pay £85 costs.

TYLER POOLE, 21, of Walnut Place, Harwell, admitted driving a Citroen Picasso on the A415 Marcham Road, Abingdon, while over the benzoylecgonine drug-driving limit. He also drove the car without a valid licence or insurance. He was fined £680, banned from driving for a year and must pay £48 in costs.

DAYNE SMITH, 30, of Reedmace Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Kuga on the A44 while banned from the roads. He also admitted driving the vehicle uninsured. Smith must do 100 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order. He was banned from driving for another 12 months and ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

KEVIN WALLINGTON, 56, of Parsons Place, Oxford, admitted using threatening behaviour in Oxford on October 22 last year. He must pay £95 in compensation, £85 in costs and complete up to 28 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

PHILLIP MORRIS, 58, of Scotia Road, Cannock, was found guilty of driving a Mercedes Sprinter van on the M40 near Fritwell last August while over the drug-drive limit for morphine. He admitted possession off methadone. He was fined £200, banned from the roads for a year and ordered to pay £334 in costs and surcharge.

MARK GILL, 42, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, admitted damaging a ‘religious book’ at Abingdon police station on February 27. He was ordered to pay £55 in compensation and complete up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

JOHN HUBBARD, 29, of Redgrave Road, Basildon, was fined £100 and banned from the roads for three years after he admitted driving a Nissan on the M40 last December while over the drink drive limit. He was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
