The average home in the UK now costs more than £250,000 - this is what a quarter of a million can get you in Oxford.
Zoopla’s latest House Price Index found that the average house price in the UK is now record-high £250,200.
In Oxford - surprisingly - there are some properties that are under that amount.

Three bed semi-detached house on Cedar Road
This three bed semi-detached house is up for sale via public auction on July 13, marketed by Taylor James Auctions.
It is up for grabs with a guide price of £200,000.
