RACHEL SMITH, 27, of Donnington Bridge Road, Oxford, admitted drug driving a VW Golf in Bicester last November. She was found to be over the cannabis limit. The magistrates fined her £100, banned her from driving for a year and ordered she pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

MICHAEL MCDONAGH, 29, of Queensway, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving a grey Seat Leon on Didcot Road, on April 7. Breathalyser checks found he had 77mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £507, banned from the roads for 20 months and must pay £136 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL VAULTER, 38, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted possession of a CS gas cannister on March 15 last year. He was fined £90 and ordered to pay £250 in costs.

GERALD O’SULLIVAN, 63, of Hermitage Road, Abingdon, admitted driving a Mitsubishi L200 4x4 on the Milton interchange while almost twice the legal drink-drive limit. Tests showed he had 69mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £120, banned from driving for a year and a half and must pay £144 in costs and surcharge.

LEE TAYLOR, 42, of Causeway, Banbury, admitted possession of five wraps of crack cocaine in Banbury on February 2. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay £74 in costs and surcharge.

KIMBERLEY WILTSHIRE, 32, of Craigwell Cottages Fishery, Banff, Aberdeenshire, admitted driving a Ford Explorer on the A34 at Weston-on-the-Green on October 27 last year while over the drug limit for cocaine and its derivative Benzoylecgonine. She also admitted driving without insurance and possession of cannabis. She was fined £300, banned from the roads for 18 months and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STEFANITA AGOROAEI, 32, of Cambridge Street, Luton, pleaded guilty to stealing £900-worth of alcohol from Tesco Extra in Banbury on March 18. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and was ordered to pay £107 in costs and surcharge.

DEIVYDAS JANCIAUSKAS, 30, of Sunningwell Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving a black motorcycle on Cowley Road on April 8. He had 93mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for two years and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

JUSTIN LAIDLER, 20, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, pleaded drink driving a VW Golf in Hanover Gardens, Bicester, on April 9. He had 79mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £400, banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £125 in costs and surcharge.

HAYLEY MUNGEAM-PALMER, 36, of Wearn Road, Faringdon, admitted disorderly behaviour and assaulting a police sergeant in Grove on April 8. She must pay £30 compensation to the officer and take part in a nine month alcohol treatment rehabilitation programme as part of a community order.

KIT TAVINOR, 23, of Collinwood Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to doing £1,357-worth of damage to a front door and window in Oxford on June 1 last year. He was ordered to pay £500 compensation, do up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days and was banned from contacting a named woman for six months.

JASON MEDLICOTT, 47, of Croft Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to theft of a doorbell camera in Oxford on April 2. He was given a 12 month drug rehabilitation order and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.
