A KNOCK at the door next week could mean free tickets for a Platinum Jubilee concert.
Five ‘platinum tickets’ have been printed by Oxford Stadium and will be delivered at random to houses in OX4 each day from Monday to Friday next week.
The package includes entry for two adults and two children for the concert on June 4.
The Cowley venue, which reopened last month following a decade-long closure, is set to welcome tribute acts including ABBA, Michael Jackson, Tom Jones, Lady Gaga and Little Mix for five hours of live music.

Oxford Stadium managing director, Kevin Boothby, said: “We are all aware of Roald Dahl’s classic novel Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where five children get the chance to visit his operation.
“Oxford Stadium is a real life representation of Willy Wonka’s fictional factory to people living in OX4 following almost a decade of closure.
“Now our gates are open, we wanted to offer five lucky families the opportunity to experience our first ever live music concert in celebration of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
“Only five tickets have been printed by our team which will be distributed one at a time into the local community – they could appear at any time so be sure to answer your door.
“Oxford Stadium in its previous era was built around the running of greyhound racing and speedway.
“While those provisions are essential to the stadium’s financial viability, we want to use the space available to ensure our venue can deliver something for everyone.”
