Drivers have been warned to be cautious as some traffic lights in the city centre are not working.
The traffic lights on the junction of High Street and Longwall Street in the city centre are reportedly failing to work correctly.
Oxfordshire County Council's traffic alert system has urged people to "take extra care when approaching this junction".
