Police have shared a video of the hair raising moment a car zoomed past a cyclist.
The footage was captured by the cyclist and shows a black convertible zooming past the cyclist in the wrong lane to overtake them.
A car coming towards them seems to have to swerve into the verge to dodge the overtaking car.

From the back camera view, the video shows the moment the convertible nips out into the oncoming traffic.
Thames Valey Roads Police said the driver has to attend a Driver Education Course for not overtaking this cyclist safely.
They reminded drivers to leave cyclists at least 1.5m of space when travelling up to 30mph, and even more if travelling faster.
Cyclists may need to avoid a drain cover or a pothole so leaving enough space will reduce the chances of a collision, according to police.
