A lorry driver had to be cut out of his cab after a crash on the M40 this weekend.
In the early hours of Saturday morning, a HGV left the motorway between Junction 9 and 10 in Bicester, falling down the embankment.
Fire crews from Bicester Fire Station supported by Rewley Road Fire Station, Brill and Mereway Fire Station used a specialist HGV platform to get the driver out of his cab.

He had been trapped.
Paramedics from South Central Ambulance Service treated the casualty on the scene before taking him to the hospital.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue service shared dramatic photos from the scene.
One image shows where the lorry had come to rest down the embankment.
The other image shows the equipment that was used to rescue the driver.
