A MAN has been ordered to pay £100 after he was caught speeding at the Botley Interchange.
Jamie Wellings, 38 of Blanchard Avenue in Gosport near Portsmouth appeared at East Hampshire Magistrates’ Court on April 27 and pleaded guilty.
Wellings was busted by police for speeding on the A34 Southbound at the Botley Interchange in the parish of Wytham near Oxford.

The driver exceeded the speed limit of 50 mph.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into consideration when imposing a sentence.
Wellings was fined £66 and he was also handed three points on his driving licence.

In addition, he was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
The total amount the court ordered Wellings to pay was £100.
