RICHARD HAMILTON, 36, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted going equipped for theft. Police found him in St Clements, Oxford, on October 30, 2020, equipped with a bike spanner. He was given a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement. He must pay a £95 victim surcharge.

BRENDAN MALONE, 55, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a 14 year old girl for sexual activity and attempting to incite a 13-year-old boy to engage in sexual activity. The offences were committed in Kidlington between April 8 and 15. He was remanded in custody and his case sent to Oxford Crown Court for sentence on May 10.

MATTHEW POTTER, 35, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted using threatening behaviour on February 22 and making a threatening phone call. He was jailed for nine weeks for the threatening phone call and sentenced to a six month conditional discharge for the threatening behaviour charge.

CHANTEL CAMERON, 31, of Priory Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving a Honda Civic in Field Avenue on March 26 and driving it without a valid MOT or insurance. He was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

RUSSELL HEELEY, 45, of Ruskin Avenue, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Drayton Road on March 26. He was fined £800, banned from driving for 20 months and must pay £165 in costs and surcharge.

MATTHEW KNIGHT, 48, of Huntingdon Road, Bicester, admitted drink driving a Fiat Doblo van in Augustan Road, Chesterton, on March 26 and obstructing a police constable on the same date. He was given 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half, banned from the roads for three years and must complete a 12 month alcohol rehabilitation programme. The magistrates imposed a £128 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BRIGHT ODOEMENA, 29, of East Way, Drayton, pleaded guilty to driving a Mercedes A-class in McDonald’s car park in Abingdon while over the drink drive limit. The magistrates imposed a £750 fine, 14 month driving disqualification and £160 in costs and surcharge.

SUZANNE SANDWELL, 25, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and given a 12 month conditional discharge for damaging a plastic screen at an Oxford Travelodge hotel.

PETER JOHNSON, 64, of Ridgeway, Blewbury, admitted breaching a restraining order and was given 16 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year and a half.  He must complete the Building Better Relationships programme and was given a GPS tag banning him from going to a property in Station Road, Didcot, for six months. He must pay £213 in costs and surcharge.

JONATHAN DUNN, 30, of The Beeches, Great Rollright, pleaded  guilty to drink driving a red Ford Focus on Middleton Stoney Road on March 28. He was banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

PETER JAMES, 43, of Parklands, Banbury, admitted drink driving a Ford Fiesta in Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, and driving it without insurance or a valid licence. He had 99mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath – almost three times the legal limit of 35mcgs. He was given a 90 day alcohol abstinence tag, banned from driving for two years and fined £400. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

HARRY WARDLE, 18, of Birchwood Close, Caversham, admitted drink driving in Henley. He was caught behind the wheel of a Corsa in New Street on March 30 with 85mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was fined £120, banned from driving for 17 months and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

MARY OGUNDAMISI, 20, of School Hill, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable in Oxford on January 21. She was fined £320, must pay £50 compensation and was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

ROY FISHER, 55, of Harebell Road, Oxford, admitted breaching the terms of a sexual harm prevention order by failing to notify Thames Valley Police he’d moved house. The bench fined him £167 and ordered he pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JASON TAMPIN, 40, of London Road, Oxford, was found guilty of disorderly behaviour in Didcot on June 30 last year. He admitted failing to answer bail. The magistrates imposed a six month drug rehabilitation order and he must pay a £95 victim surcharge.
