ENJOY a night of great music from some of Oxfordshire’s finest, with Osprey & The Ox4 Allstars, Barricane and Emma Hunter – with support from Captain Kuppa T & The Zeppelin Crew, and London Graffiti tonight, Thursday.

The show in the much-loved Zodiac room at the O2 Academy Oxford, Cowley Road, sees guitarist, writer, promoter and all-round good guy Osprey – and his talented bunch of merrymakers – showcasing their new album, Epic.

The band dispense a compulsive mic of rock, blues, Americana and more.

Osprey says: “It’s been a long road just to get back to performing comfortably after what we have all just been through – and are still going through.

“Never in the history of music has it been so important to support live music in all its forms. Music carries the love and strength we all need. It shows courage, care, commitment and artistic integrity.

“Going to gigs, concerts and dance nights is good for the soul, it releases stress and is good for the local economy too – so get out there, take part and enjoy. There’s no need to feel guilty or worry, the world is a better place is we are happy.”
