A GROUP of teenage boys who were riding E-scooters pulled down their underwear to young girls outside The Range.
The incident happened outside of the high-street giant chain, famed for its bargains, on Cherwell Street in Banbury on Saturday at 5.15pm.
All three boys were around 13 to 15 and were wearing dark-coloured bottoms and hoodies. One of them ad red lettering over his hoodie.
They rode e-scooters around the car park before making off.
The victims were three girls between 8 and 13. One of them had blonde hair.
PC Molly Grant, based at Banbury police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.
“Any information from the public would be appreciated, as the victims were no longer at the scene when officers attended.

“Alternatively, you can provide information anonymously to the independent charity, Crimestoppers, by calling 0800 555 111 or via its website.”
