LUKE RICHARDSON, 32, of London Road, Headington, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen having been stopped by police on suspicion of committing a traffic offence. He was given a community order with a three month curfew, banned from driving for two years and must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

DANIEL WALSH, 31, of HMP Bullingdon, was jailed for 36 weeks for assaulting three prison officers in September and November last year. The court register notes he punched and spat on the gaolers. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation to each of the prison guards, making the total compensation bill £300.

PATRICK MCFARLANE, 60, of Sheriffs Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus in Magdalen Road while over the cocaine drug driving limit. He was fined £150, disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

JOSHUA WILKS-HANLEY, 19, of Eastfield Road, Witney, admitted driving an Audi A4 in Welch Way, Witney, on January 23 while over the drug driving limit for cocaine. He was fined £265, ordered to pay £85 costs and banned from driving for 15 months.

COSTEL CODRIANU, 32, of Kenilworth Avenue, Oxford, was found guilty of obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty and assaulting him in Cowley Road on July 31 last year. He was fined £1,153, ordered to pay £500 compensation and must pay £885 in costs and surcharge.

 THOMAS ARCHER, 25, of HMP Hewell, Redditch, admitted stealing vodka from Waitrose in Oxford last August and common assault of a man in the city on August 24 last year. The serving prisoner was jailed for eight weeks.

ADAM JONES, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to disorderly behaviour at John Radcliffe Hospital on October 6 last year. He was fined £50. The court register noted he was a serving prisoner currently.

HARRISON DIXON, 23, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Abingdon on June 26 last year. He was ordered to do 40 hours of unpaid work and pay £75 compensation.

CRAIG BLISSETT, 46, of Savernake Close, Tilehurst, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Vivaro van on the B4016 in Didcot on September 11 last year while over the drink drive limit. He had 125mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The limit is 80. He was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £704 and was ordered to pay £85 costs.

THOMAS ANDERSON, 37, of Gladstone Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Peterley Road, Oxford, on March 3. He had 46mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £115, banned from driving for a year and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
