A WOMAN was attacked by a sasuage dog and labrador on a walk down the river.

The lady, who is in her 30s, was walking along Ock Path in Abingdon (between the bridge of St Helen's Court and the bridge crossing the weir) at around 9am on Wednesday (March 3) when two dogs ran up to her and bit both of her legs.

She was left with a bruise to her left left and a large bite to her right leg which then brought blood to the surface.

She went to the John Radcliffe Hospital with her injuries but has now been discharged.

The small Dachshund is described as tan and black.

The Labrador is black and grey.

Both dogs were off the lead.

One of the owners of the dogs is described as a white woman, aged around 40, of average build, around 5ft 6ins tall, had light brown hair in a ponytail and was wearing a bright coloured waterproof coat.
