Three properties had closure orders issued on them by an Oxford court this month.

The closure orders were issued by Oxford Magistrate’s Court and prohibit access to the property, except for specific people, for period set by the court.

The orders apply to the whole premises of each property.

On March 2, the court issued a closure order for 26 Jubilee court in Banbury for three months.

Under the order, access is prohibited to everyone except to resident Paul McCabe and friends Sian Grantham, Lee Taylor and Gareth Ellard.

Also exempt are:

  • Any employee or servant on official business on behalf of The National Health Service, Ambulance Service, Fire Service or Police;. This order applies to the whole of the premises.
  • Any employee or servant for the Probation Service, Adult Social Care, Family Social Care, Turning Point, Aspire and Connexions who are completing safeguarding related visits
  • Any employee or servant or staff agent for Tajmeet Singh completing housing related visits, repairs or maintenance
  • Any employee or servant of Cherwell District Council regarding ongoing related ASB, noise issues or repairs.

Following this, on March 11 the court issued a closure order for 14 Bluebell Court in Greater Leys, Oxford.

The closure order was made for three months.

Access was prohibited to all except for resident Adam Afifi and his mother Kay Francis Sage.

Also able to access the property is:

  • Emergency Services
  • Healthcare Workers
  • Staff members and contractors acting on behalf of Green Square Accord

On March 23, a closure order was made by the court for properties in Crowberry Road in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.

The order was made for three months.

Access is prohibited to all persons except the habitual occupants of 29, 33 and 35 Crowberry Road and their lawful visitors

Also exempt is:

  • Oxford City Council Staff, employees and agents
  • Thames Valley Police Officers;. This order applies to the whole of the premises.
  • Employees and agents of Social Services and the Emergency Services
  • Adrian Thompson
  • Michael Thompson
  • Any person authorised to enter the communal areas under S85 of the Anti Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.
